NOTICE

Sealed bids will be received until 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, MARCH 28, 2018 at the offices of the Ewing-Lawrence Sewerage Authority at 600 Whitehead Road, Lawrenceville, New Jersey 08648 for MAINTENANCE, EMERGENCY SERVICE, REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS TO MEDIUM VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT.

Specifications are available at the Authority’s offices.

All bidders’ proposals must be accompanied by a certified check payable to the Ewing-Lawrence Sewerage Authority or a bid bond from a reliable surety company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey in an amount equal to Ten (10%) percent of the proposal.  A certified check will be retained to pay for any damage or loss to the Authority or the liability bond will accrue in case the successful bidder shall neglect or refuse to enter into a contract in accordance with his proposal.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.

The Authority reserves the right to consider bids for Sixty (60) days after their receipt before awarding any contract and the right is reserved to accept or reject any or all of them.

A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday,

MARCH 14, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Authority’s office to answer any questions bidders may have.  Only those in attendance at the pre-bid conference will be eligible to bid.

Sealed bids will be received until 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 4, 2018, at the offices of the Ewing-Lawrence Sewerage Authority at 600 Whitehead Road, Lawrenceville, New Jersey 08648 for furnishing SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE.

 

Specifications are available at the Authority’s offices.
