Sealed bids will be received until 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, JULY 10, 2019 at the offices of the Ewing-Lawrence Sewerage Authority at 600 Whitehead Road, Lawrenceville, New Jersey 08648 for REMOVAL OF 8,500 LBS OF NON-HAZARDOUS SPENT CARBON AND INSTALLATION OF 8,500 LBS OF GC C-40 PELLETIZED CARBON.

Specifications are available at the Authority’s offices.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.

The Authority reserves the right to consider bids for Sixty (60) days after their receipt before awarding any contract and the right is reserved to accept or reject any or all of them.

A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, JUNE 26, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Authority’s office to answer any questions bidders may have. Only those in attendance at the pre-bid conference will be eligible to bid.

EWING-LAWRENCE SEWERAGE AUTHORITY

Sealed bids will be received until 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at the offices of the Ewing-Lawrence Sewerage Authority at 600 Whitehead Road, Lawrenceville, New Jersey 08648 for Installation of Four (4) Rotary Distributors and Masts.

Specifications are available at the Authority’s offices.

All bidders’ proposals must be accompanied by a certified check payable to the Ewing-Lawrence Sewerage Authority or a bid bond from a reliable surety company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey in an amount equal to Ten (10%) percent of the proposal.  A certified check will be retained to pay for any damage or loss to the Authority or the liability bond will accrue in case the successful bidder shall neglect or refuse to enter into a contract in accordance with his proposal.
