Sealed bids will be received until 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at the offices of the Ewing-Lawrence Sewerage Authority at 600 Whitehead Road, Lawrenceville, New Jersey 08648 for MAINTENANCE, EMERGENCY SERVICE, REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS TO GENERATORS.
Specifications are available at the Authority’s offices.
All bidders’ proposals must be accompanied by a certified check payable to the Ewing-Lawrence Sewerage Authority or a bid bond from a reliable surety company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey in an amount equal to Ten (10%) percent of the proposal, but not more than $20,000. A certified check will be retained to pay for any damage or loss to the Authority or the liability bond will accrue in case the successful bidder shall neglect or refuse to enter into a contract in accordance with his proposal.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
The Authority reserves the right to consider bids for Sixty (60) days after their receipt before awarding any contract and the right is reserved to accept or reject any or all of them.
